Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier service.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues once the package has left our facility.


Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received — damaged, altered, or worn items will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help resolve it quickly.
Items that are damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
